To calculate the pressure drop needed for a bomb cyclone, you take the sine of the latitude where the low pressure is located and divide it by the sine of 60 degrees (and you thought you would never use trigonometry). Since you read down this far, I feel obligated to give you the actual equation - and if you love it, perhaps you should consider pursuing a career in meteorology! They added the term "bomb" because of the explosive power that these storms derive from rapid pressure drops (though Gyakum reportedly doesn't use that word anymore because of its reference to weaponry). Martinus Evans, founder of Slow AF Run Club, defines slow running as back-of-the-pack running. It can be running at your base run pace or slower. Since pace can be subjective - one person’s jog is another’s race pace, slow running doesn’t have set numbers on what qualifies. Slow running is exactly what it sounds like - moving at a relaxed pace. While yeast will convert the majority of the sugar in the grapes to alcohol, sometimes the sugar in the grapes is substantially higher than expected, or winemakers choose to add additional sugar. Winemakers, on the other hand, use yeast to transform these natural sugars into ethanol, or alcohol, during fermentation. Since google did away with full screen tasks, I use a Chrome extension to manage my tasks in the browser in full screen. My practice is to use a task named “-“ and continuously re-order the list so that anything above it must be completed today, below it are all the other 100+ short term objectives, sorted and re-shuffled throughout the day - but nothing ever falls off until I complete it.
